Walkerswood Caribbean Foods Ltd. (producer of world famous Jerk Seasoning) has created an exciting new epicurean adventure for Jamaica. Walkerswood Jerk Country Tour is an informative and fun journey into Jamaica's food heritage.

It all starts at the Pimento Porch Clubhouse where you will get a quick initiation as you learn our history. View the countryside and enjoy the warmth of Jamaican hospitality. The first stop is the Jerk Pit where you will learn to do the jerk.

Then it's on to Mother Thyme Spice Garden for a snap shot into "Old Time Jamaica" where her 18th century style wattle and daub hut is surrounded by a colourful selection of herbs and spices used to prepare Caribbean favourites.

Relax and enjoy this authentic tour experience.
