Late check out policy:
-Check with the hotel.

Policy on children staying with parents:
-Children up to 11 years FREE if staying in same room with parents.

Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a non-refundable administration charge of $USD50 per room plus tax.
-Outside the holiday season, cancellations made within 44 to 10 days of your arrival date are subject to an administration charge of one room night plus tax.
-Outside the holiday season, cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival date are subject to a full penalty.
-During holiday season (including and not limited to Christmas, New Years, Spring Break , Easter and peak travel dates around a holiday and local festivals and events) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date incur a cancellation fee of all amounts paid will be retained as liquidated damages and no refund will be made to the amount charged.
-No-shows are subject to full penalties.
