We are a family owned and operated resort offering you personalized service, intimate weddings and unique accommodations. We have been going strong since opening our doors in 1985 with only 3 deluxe villas. Since then we have expanded and refurbished to continue to offer a superb product to you, our guests. We are proud that our service has lead to many repeat visitors.

Simple delicious cocktails and food is available at Irie On The Beach. We’d love to cater to your small, intimate wedding. Take of Seven Mile Beach for your beach wedding or the renewal of your vows.

Policy on children staying with parents:
-No charge for children under 11 years old.
-Children 12 years old and older pay the additional person rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Winter (December 15 to April 15 except for Holidays)
-Cancellations made 22 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
-No-shows, early check-outs and cancellations made 21 days, or less, before arrival incur a cancellation fee of three nights accommodation.

Holiday (December 17 to January 7, February 8 to 24 and July 25 - August 10, 2008)
-Cancellations made 46 days prior to arrival incur no charges.
-No-shows, early check-outs and cancellations made 45 days, or less, before arrival incur a cancellation fee of four nights accommodation.

Summer (April 16 to December 14 except for Holidays)
-Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
-No-shows, early check-outs and cancellations made 14 days, or less, before arrival incur a cancellation fee of two nights accommodation.

Other disclosures:
-Rates are inclusive of all tax.

Minimum Stays:
Winter:7 nights in villas and beachfront rooms and 4 nights in all other accommodations.
December 17th to January 6th and February 15th to 24th: 7 night minimum stay in all units.
