All cancellations must be made in writing to Jamaica Inn and will take effect when a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation is received from us.
The cancellation notice required to avoid a late cancellation charge is a s follows
- 30 days in winter season or 3 night penalty
- 14 days in the summer or 1 night penalty
- 45 days for Christmas and New Years (December 23 2008 - January 4 2009). During Thanksgiving week (November 20 - Dec 1 2009) and the entire month of February there is a 3 night penalty
- For the 3 periods above the penalty for cancelling is 30 days or less before arrival is the full cost of the stay.
- December 23 - January 4 there are no refunds for early checkout
- No deposit refund will be made in the case of "No Show" & refunds for early checkout is at the discretion of management.
