Tiffany Case is a two-storey a villa, or 'tree-house' with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs lounge area, sun deck, dining patio, separate bedroom, private garden verandah and outdoor shower. Open the collapsible doors upstairs to your sea view, and the elements. Your view from the elevated tub also captures the blue waters outside. Your separate kitchen has a front garden and a romantic hammock pavilion.

The Fleming Villa designed by Fleming himself simple three-bedroom house on a cliff overlooking the beach. The large windows are shutters instead of glass let the cool sea breeze stream in. This is tropical outdoor living complete with garden bathtubs and showers and a sunken garden, which was reputably Fleming's favourite spot. The Villa intermixes different island cultures - Jamaican and East Asian - in decoration.
