-Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 3 nights accommodation.
-Holiday stays (December 22 to January 4 inclusive) incur no charge if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, a penalty of 3 nights accommodation will be charged.

-Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival incur no cancellation fee.
-Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation.
